1) WHERE ARE WE BASED?
We are based on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
2 ) WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No worries! Contact us right away at Lifewiseworld2u@gmail.com and we'll help guide you through the process.
3) HOW DO WE CONTACT YOU WITH PRESS INQUIRIES?

4) HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Your order will be shipped 1-5 days after your order, it will take 10-15 days to reach your doorstep.
5) WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Instead of returning, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Every return will create more carbon footprint. So, just tell us what went wrong. Attach a picture and we will give you a full refund. If possible, please recycle or donate the item to local charity.
6) CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?
Cancellation is possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you have cancelled your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of these three steps: recycle it, donate it or enjoy it.
7) WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECIEVE A WRONG ITEM?
If there is an issue with your order -- if it is the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- just notify us through email Lifewiseworld2u@gmail.com. We will arrange a refund. You would not be asked to ship the product back to us.
8) DO YOU OFFER ANY TYPE OF EXCHANGE?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if there is any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will send you a new one.
